Quarter Beef Reservation Deposit

A Quarter Beef is approximately 150 pounds hanging weight and provides a variety of cuts from our Louisiana-raised cattle. Our cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished and processed at a USDA-inspected facility.

Price: $7.20 per lb hanging weight

Estimated hanging weight: approximately 150 lbs

Estimated total: $1,080.00

Final price is based on the animal’s actual hanging weight and may be higher or lower than the estimate above.

Please note: Hanging weight is not the same as take-home weight. After processing, trimming, and deboning, the amount of packaged beef you receive will be less than the hanging weight.

Your quarter beef may include a variety of:

• Stew meat
• Short ribs
• Other available beef cuts

Exact take-home weight and cuts will vary based on the individual animal and your processing selections.

Your price includes:

• USDA-inspected processing
• Cutting
• Vacuum packaging
• Labeling
• Freezing

There are no additional processing fees.

How it works:

Pay the $400 reservation deposit online to secure your Quarter Beef. Your $400 deposit will be applied toward your final balance. Once your beef is processed and the actual hanging weight is known, your remaining balance will be calculated at $7.20 per lb hanging weight.

We’ll contact you with information for completing your cut sheet and choosing your preferred cuts. We’ll also provide pickup information when your beef is ready.
